Kill Switch PC Game

Kill Switch is a third-person shooter video game developed by Namco in 2003 for PlayStation 2, Xbox and Microsoft Windows. The game is a remotely controlled super-soldier, Nick Bishop (voiced by Marcus McCollum). For most of the game the soldier is remotely controlled by a man known only as “Controller” (voiced by Chuck McQuary). Controller is apparently using a direct neural connection to Bishop. Bishop’s suppressed memories occasionally break through, causing Controller headaches. The memories feature a woman and the phrase, “Say my name.” Controller, under orders from a man named Archer (voiced by Adam Baldwin), uses Bishop in a series of combat missions designed to convince two nations or groups known as the North and the West to go to war. Archer plans on war profiteering in the resulting war, in part by selling copies of the technology that controls Bishop. Moments before Bishop launches a warhead equipped with a biological agent, a woman known as “Duchess” (voiced by Adrienne Wilkinson) takes over Bishop, in the process causing a surge that kills Controller. Duchess uses Bishop to attack the base Controller is operating from and eventually restore Bishop’s memories. It is revealed that the woman from Bishop’s memories was his new wife. She was killed by Archer when Archer captured Bishop. Archer wanted the technology in Bishop for resale. Freed, Bishop makes a final assault on Archer. Afterwards, Archer is killed and Bishop walks away.

How To Fix a Xbox 360 Cracked Faceplate

If you have dropped your Xbox 360 console or you have removed the faceplate off the front of the console incorrectly, the faceplate could be cracked. If the faceplate on your Xbox 360 is cracked slightly and is hardly noticeable, then you can repair the crack, using super glue to seal it up and prevent the crack from expanding and going bigger. If the crack is very large and beyond repair, then i suggest you buy a replacement faceplate, as it will make the front of your Xbox 360 look brand new once again.

Instructions:

1)Make sure that any usb devices, memory units are removed from the console and also make the sure that the disc tray is closed. Then go ahead and remove the faceplate from the Xbox 360 console, this is by holding the console firmly and using your thumbs to push the faceplate off.

2)Once the faceplate is off, locate the crack. Then gets some super glue that sticks to plastic materials and open the lid, by unscrewing it. 

3)Gently pour in the super glue into the crack, slowly with ease. Dont rush or press the super glue bottle really hard, this will cause glue to be poured all over the faceplate, creating a mess. Once the crack is filled up with super glue, replace the lid onto the bottle. 

4)Allow the glue in the crack, to dry, this make take a while, i say about 1 hour. But the trying time depends on the brand and strength of the super glue you used, to be more specific, look at the label, to find out exactly how long the glue will take to dry.

5)Then replace the faceplate back onto the front of your Xbox 360 console, this is by align the tabs on the faceplate with the slots on the console and then pressing the faceplate inwards until it clicks in place.

Most CB Radio uses use an linear amplifier, which is also know an a burner, to boost the amount of power that is been transmitted through there antenna, to increase the transmitting distance, so people that are on the CB radio that are really far away can hear them better, as the standard dead key of 4 watts is not enough for certain situations. However, continues use of using a CB linear amplifier for long periods of time can cause the electrical components to become very hot, this can cause them to overheat and eventually become burnout. Nobody wants that to happen to their kicker, so i am going to provide you with some really good tips to keep it cool and hopefully increase its lifespan further.

1) Make sure the linear amplifier is mounted in a location in your car or home that has well air ventilation around the device, also making sure there is nothing placed on top of it. This is because you want a cool atmosphere around the amp, this is so it doesnt overheat as quickly, plus its gives the heat sink room to dis-pass its heat effectively.

2) Dont use your linear amplifier on full swing all the time. This causes the output transistors inside the kicker to become really hot and overworked. So if it has an adjustable knob that allows you to reduce the power it creates and your only talking to locals, then knock it down a few, this is to keep it cool, as you properly dont really need all that power anyway.

3) Place a large 12v dc computer cooling fan onto of the metal fins on the linear amp, so that the fan blades blow cold air directly onto the fins, this will allow the components to operate at an cooler temperature. Connecting it is very simple to do, all you do it connect it to your 12 volts power supply and it will begin to spin, you also could connect an inline switch, to turn it off and on if you dont want to hear the fan blades make a loud spinning noise and only use the fan when its running really hot.

How To Mod a Computer Case Cooling Fan to 7 Volts Instead of 12 Volts To Make It Quieter Less Noisy

If you want to achieve a quieter desktop computer and you cant control the speed of the fan manually through software, such as Speedfan, then as an alternative method, you can reduce the voltage the fan gets to 7 volts, instead of 12 volts. This will make the computer fan permanently spin slower, therefore it will create less fan noise. This mod is safe to do, plus it is better than the 5 volt mod because at 5 volts the fan spins really slow, too slow to cooling things down, causing overheating problems and this modification wont damage any components in computer, if you are wondering.

Instructions:

1) Remove the computer fans connector from the motherboard and snap it off from the middle, as you wont be needing it anymore.

2) Get a wire stripper and remove the plastic insulation coats of the the positive and negative wires from the fan. The computer fan is very likely to have another wire, if it has a 3 pin connector, which is used for the motherboard to detect the rpm speed, you wont need this so cut it off.

3) Find a spare molex connector inside your computer, its easy to find, its a connector with 4 pins, that comes out from the power supply. You will see loads of them connected to different stuff, like a hard drive and DVD drives.

4) Once you have found it, cut off two wires that go into the molex connector, which are a yellow wire and a red wire.

5) Once you have done that, remove the insulation coating off both wires and connect the red wire from the fan to the yellow wire and the black wire from the fan to the red wire.

6) Use insulation tape, to tape up exposed braid from the connections you have made, if you dont they can touch other wires and cause damaged to the psu.

How To Make Your Scalextric Car Go Faster

A scalextric slot car works by using the metal track lines that are grooved into the plastic track pieces to gain power. When you place the car onto the track, the two braid brushes underneath the car connect with the metal track lines, creating an complete electrical circuit. So when you press the trigger on your controller, it will send voltage down the track lines that will be transferred over to the cars motor. Racing your friends on a scalextric can be very challenging and you always want to have a faster car than your opponent in a race. If you are want to make your scalextric car go faster, there are numerous things that you can do to your car to increase its performance on the track.

1) Ensure that the silver color braids found underneath the car are not clogged up with hair and dirt. Dirty braid brushes can cause your scalextric car to run slow because the car cant travel along the track smoothly. If you find that they are dirty, carefully using a pair of tweezers pull out the hair. Make sure you only pull out the excess hair and not the little stands of braid because it can damage it. Then using a small cleaning brush, run the brush bristles upwards and downwards onto the braid brushes to remove the excess dirt.

2) Remove as much weight as possible from the car. Excess weight such as the interior in some scalextric cars can cause the car to weigh more, causing performance to decrease when racing on the track. This is because the extra weight puts more strain on the car and makes it harder for the car to accelerate to reach its top speed.

3) Increase the amount of voltage the cars motor receives from the track, by using a more powerful mains DC adapter. The more voltage the motor gets, the faster rpm it will spin, making the wheels of your car run faster. Increasing the voltage can be risky because you could damage the motor from overheating. Although, this can be avoided by replacing the current motor with a more powerful motor. Still you would need to drill a few small holes in the front bumper to increase airflow inside the cars plastic housing.

4) Disconnected the LED headlights on your car. They make look cool in the dark, but they are taking up voltage when in use. This extra voltage that the lights are using can go towards feeding the motor extra power, making it spin faster. To disconnect the lights, all you need to do is turn the car upside, remove the screws from the chassis, remove the plastic housing and using a wire cutter, snip off both positive and negative wires.

5) Lubricate the cogs and axles to make them run more smoothly. Overtime, the cogs and axles will become stiff, making them not work to their full potential. Applying drops of oil, will allow them to become lubricated and will make them mechanically operate smoothly. To perform this maintenance, you will need to turn the car upside, remove the screws from the chassis, remove the plastic housing and apply drops of oil onto all of the cogs and axles you can see.
